Terry Fox

Yesterday ES students gained a better understand of who Terry Fox was and why we at TAISM celebrate his determination through our own fundraising and Terry Fox run. Here is the video the kids watched if you are interested.

Terry Fox Wrist Bands will be sold starting tomorrow morning before school. Tables will be set up in the entrances.  There are three styles.  Buy all three for 5 OR, or one for 2 OR. Proceeds go to SQU Hospital to support children her in Oman with leukemia.  Be a Hero, Buy a Wrist Band!

'Be a Hero' Day - Get your costumes ready over the holiday, because on Wednesday, January 16th, everyone at TAISM is invited to dress up like a HERO. You can be a super hero or emulate a personal hero.  K-12 Students will attend a Terry Fox 'Hero' pep rally at 3:00pm.

Terry Fox Run - Monday, January 21st, 2:30pm.  Parents are welcome!  Our new parent volunteer, Shana Robisch, will also be looking for parents who can help bringing in and/or serving healthy food, or being route marshals.
