Hello parents,
As promised during parent teacher conferences, we have begun "Rocket Math" in 1KR. We are working on knowing our facts "in a snap." Today students took their first quiz, some students progressed to the next level but many aren't quite ready. Students have been asked to practice orally for a few minutes tonight and have the necessary paper in their folder. Please don't spend all night on this, it is meant to be an activity that takes less than 5 minutes. Students are not required to write in the sums, nor are they required to return it to me.
